Return and Exchange Policy
At Floractive, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns
You may return any unused and unopened product within 7 days of the purchase date for a credit note. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Simply pack the item securely, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received.
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item passes inspection, we will issue a credit note within 5-7 business days which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue of credit note.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization. Once approved, you can return the original item following the same process as outlined above. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or issue a credit note, depending on your preference.
Refund Policy
Only credit note will be issued against the return of the product. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
