i)When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www.floractive.in for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.

ii)Your contract for purchases made through www.floractive.in is with Shimmers Cosmetics Pvt Ltd and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

iii) All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Floractive.

iv)The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

v)By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Shimmers Cosmetics Pvt Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment will be debited to the Net Banking/UPI/Debit / Credit card used.

vi)You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product/s you have ordered.

vii) If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfil your order from the store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfilment has not been possible.

viii) We are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of dispatch. Should you wish to make any changes prior to dispatch, please contact our Customer Services team on Toll Free 8928901954, Mon – Fri (10:00 AM to 6 PM) or write us at customercare@floractive.in

Delivery

All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. While we will try our best to dispatch products as soon as possible however in unusual circumstances the delivery of the products may take up to 10 days approx as per local guidelines.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package, and & write to us at customercare@floractive.in mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

For any divergence or discrepancy in order delivery, we request you to call our Toll free Customer Care 8928901954 Mon – Fri (10:00 AM to 6 PM) or write to us at customercare@floractive.in within 2 days from the date of receipt of delivery, failing to do so, the claim shall not be accepted.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
